In the kitchen
Yesterday was mostly an at home day. I used it to cook a big batch of beans to freeze as I had run out. I soaked another batch of beans in prep for a big batch of Katherine's soup. And, I also made a batch of her raisin bread as well. (this goes down a treat every time, must remember to double the recipe next time)We had cannelloni for dinner. I love this recipe because it is so quick and easy to make, and we all really love it. I posted about how to make it here. I made two 9x13 pans, hoping that we would have some left over. Amazingly we do, enough for lunch, I think, if we eat our leftover potato-broccoli soup too.
