Pumpkin Bars with Chocolate Chips

All of a sudden I am feeling really happy that I have a freezer full of pumpkin. 



You can find the recipe right here.  The only thing I did differently was to use a little less sugar and I used 1/2 cup of grapeseed oil in place of the 1 cup butter.  Very yummy.

  2. I often use less sugar in cakes and biscuits. You don't miss it. A lot of shop brought products are far too sweet these days. I'll be investigating your recipe! x
